Jacqueline’s Bio
I am Jacqueline Bowman, a multilingual professional fluent in English and French, and getting there in Dutch! I have 30 years of international experience in public health, life sciences, and the civil society sector. As a dual UK-Belgian national with South American roots, my diverse background has enriched my professional journey across Europe.
Throughout my career, I have excelled in driving systemic change and fostering collaboration and consensus across geographic, sectorial and ideological borders across a wide range of stakeholders. My expertise spans from enhancing internal organisational governance to transforming health service delivery, always with a focus on impactful and results-driven outcomes. I firmly believe that high-performing teams are built on diverse knowledge and complementary skills.
But personal knowledge and network has been a “hygiene factor” in my approach to service leadership. My track record of public speaking as a spoken word advocate, devising and building capacity for champions for specific narratives speaks for itself.
